Yes! We’ve been hard at work to now open Reno Social, a brand new experience in downtown Reno. It is a social gaming bar located in the basement of Reno Axe. We offer awesome drinks and incredible games, like pool, ping-pong, air hockey, connect-4 basketball, and more! Be sure to check out this new experience and, hey, throw some axes too!
Axe throwing may sound a little crazy, but it’s actually a popular sport — and quite easy to learn! Much like a game of darts, just about anyone can enjoy the sport. Looking for some friendly competition between friends, family, or coworkers? Reserve a private lane for your group, and we will supply targets and axes for your group.
We allow bookings for groups of 2 to 12 people. Keep in mind that depending on the availability of our lanes, groups of 2-5 players may need to share a lane with another small group.

Our facility provides a very safe space for axe throwing! We have set rules and safety procedures that we go over with every team before any throwing and enforce throughout the session. Our lanes are built with barriers separating each lane to provide a secure place for everyone to have a fun time. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if we feel they are not respecting our safety policies.
We provide every team with their own targets and axes to use during their axe throwing session. To keep the playing field, we do not permit the use of outside equipment.
Keep it comfy, but remember: closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. If any member of your group forgets to wear closed-toe shoes, we offer loaner pairs for $2.00.
Axe-throwing is a fun sport for all ages! For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not permitted in our lanes, and any players under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Our bar area is only open to those age 21 and older.
Outside food is allowed; however, drinks are not. Reno Axe provides its own full-service bar for any players age 21 or older!
We allow group bookings for sessions lasting one hour or two hours.
Our lanes are available for group bookings at $27.00 per person for a one-hour session or $45.00 per person for a two-hour session.
We do allow walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee that we will have a lane available for your group to play. Walk-in availability is based on how busy we are, so we highly recommend booking ahead of time so that we can guarantee your session with a private axe-throwing lane.
Yes! Our space is available for rent for private events with a max capacity of 250 people. Please contact us for more information.
All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for cancellations. You can reschedule a game with 24 hours’ notice free of charge.

Axe throwing lanes are available for reservations 7 days a week:
Monday: 1p – 10p
Tuesday: 1p – 10p
Wednesday: 1p – 10p
Thursday: 1p – 11p
Friday: 11a – 12a
Saturday: 11a – 12a
Sunday: 11a – 10p
Bar Service is open until 11p Sunday – Wednesday, until 1a Thursday – Saturday.
